- How you describe yourself professionally and what you'd like to connect around
- City requests you submit
- Basic analytics data such as pages viewed, referring source, and device type
How we use it
- To send you event announcements, ticket releases, and venue details
- To text you event updates, if you provided a mobile number
- To understand who is joining so we can build a better room
- To measure which channels bring people to the event
What we don't do
We do not sell your information. We do not share your contact details with other attendees, sponsors, or third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
We use third-party tools to run this site and our communications — for example email and SMS delivery platforms, ticketing (Eventbrite), form handling, and website analytics (which may include Google Analytics and the Meta pixel). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.
Text messages
Providing your mobile number is optional. If you provide it, you consent to receive event updates by text. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not remove you from email.
Your choices
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. To see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, email hello@entrnb.com and we'll take care of it.

This site and our analytics tools may use cookies and similar technologies to measure traffic and advertising performance. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
Children
This site and our events are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
